The previous position is maintained. Then the therapist secures the patient’s calcaneus with his fingers so that he can perform a massage by applying pressure with the thumb on the soles. The massage is done on three lines (median, internal and external). The number of points varies depending on the length of the patient’s sole. There are three repetitions for each line. The massage ends with a pressing of the soles with fists oriented towards the floor (2-3 times in 2-3 points).
