WARNING! The massage is performed with the thumb, at least ten times, bilateral, in the corresponding area of the T-1, T-2 vertebrae. It is used a perpendicular pressure on the point, followed by a pushing motion towards the head. The technique is performed slowly, deeply and rhythmically, keeping the pressure constant throughout the pushing motion.
