The patient puts the hands on the back of the head keeping the fingers crossed. The therapist reaches his hands under the patient’s armpits and grabs his forearms in the distal region (as close as possible to the joints of the hands). It follows a pulling motion towards the therapist together with a lifting motion; during the performing of these motions, the therapist must keep his waist straight and pushes with his the chest the back of the patient. There are two repetitions.

The patient must adopt a completely relaxed attitude, thus leaving his elbows to drop naturally on the sides.
