The patient sits on his knees with the buttocks resting on the heels. The therapist kneels behind the patient in a similar position, with the legs spread and touching firmly the patient’s buttocks.
The patient extends the hands towards the back, keeping the head slightly flexed towards the front and maintaining a relaxed posture.
