WARNING! The description of the procedures is indicative-mnemonic and is strictly addressed to learners, because it is imperative for the Yumeiho® instructors to acquire and apply them correctly, efficiently and without risk. The muscles are massaged with the thumb pressing firmly and pulling towards the vertebrae (spinous apophyses).

Depending on the limit of the tissue elasticity, the motion is performed on 3 lines, in 5 points, starting with the close vicinity of the cervical vertebrae spines (the first line). There are repetitions for each line.

The first point of every line is situated right under the occipital bone, the last being in the region of the C-7 vertebra.

The palm of the therapist supports the patient’s forehead so that the head of the latter to be completely relaxed.
